The formation of the Gandaki Province government was made as an important part of the federal democratic republican system of governance established as a result of the historical people’s movement, armed struggle, sacrifice and sacrifice that the Nepali people have repeatedly made for the national interest, democracy and progressive change, as a result of the provisions of the Constitution of Nepal, 2072 BS.

This province is also an attraction with its multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, multi-religious culture.
The Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers is the main administrative body of this province, which has the beautiful tourist city of Pokhara as its capital.
