For organization registration and renewal, contact the Organization Registration Branch (Room No. 110) of the District Administration Office, Kathmandu. Since the work related to organization registration and renewal will be carried out as follows on the days the office is open throughout the year, the prescribed documents must be attached accordingly.

Organization registration : Monday and Wednesday
Registration of newspapers and magazines and amendment of the organization's statute and other work related to the organization : Friday
The organization must be renewed every fiscal year. Since the renewal fee increases gradually during the period of Shravan to Asoj masant, Kartik to Paush masant, and Magh to Asar masant of each fiscal year, the renewal fee should be kept in mind, so an application for renewal should be submitted keeping this in mind. Organizations that have not been renewed in any fiscal year can be renewed in the next fiscal year.
